OMAKASE ROOM BY SHIN

We serve OMAKASE for Lunch and Dinner.

Lunch

Tuesday - Friday: 11:30 am, 12:30 pm, 1:30 pm.

Chef’s Selection Experience ($60 plus tax): Small appetizer, 8 pieces of sushi, soup, and a dessert.

Chef’s Signature Experience ($90 plus tax): Small appetizer, 10 pieces of sushi, soup, and a dessert.

We offer both counter and table seating during the Lunch service.

Counter Seating: Sushi is served piece by piece, by Chef in traditional omakase style.

Table Seating: Courses served together.

Dinner

Tuesday - Saturday: 5:00 pm, 7:00 pm, 9:00 pm.

Chef's Shin Omakase (14 courses, $195 plus tax).

Prompt timing is essential. Full Omakase experience cannot be guaranteed for late arrivals.

If the reservation is canceled 24 hours prior to the actual visit or later, 100% is charged per person. This includes any circumstance including COVID-related situations.

No-smoking, no-vaping policy applies during the Omakase experience.
